My return label isn’t working at the drop-off point. What should I do?

First, check if the barcode is printed correctly.

  • Do you see lines or breaks in the barcode?
    If so, the print quality isn't good enough.
    Print the label again and replace your printer's toner or ink if needed.

     

Is the barcode clear and the problem isn't with the print?

  • Buy a shipping label at the drop-off point.
  • Send us a photo of the purchase receipt.
