Can I drop off a return in person?
No. The warehouse is not open to visitors.
Dropping off returns is only possible on days when the showroom is open. See the opening hours here.
Exception: returning a mailbox package on site
This is only possible if the package fits through the mailbox.
- You can put the package through the mailbox slot.
- Record a video as proof.
Make sure the video clearly shows:
- The building
- The house number
- The moment you put the package through the mailbox
- The package on the doormat
