Can I receive my refund to a different account?
No. This is not possible.
We can only refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
The refund will be processed automatically by our payment provider, Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Manual adjustments are not possible.
If your account has been closed or the refund failed, please contact us and include your IBAN number. If you paid in euros, we’ll transfer the refund to the bank account from your email. If you paid in another currency, we’ll email you a discount code for the order amount converted to euros at the current exchange rate.
