How can I track my return or check if it has arrived?

This depends on the type of return label you use.

Return label via our return portal

• You’ll receive a tracking code.
• Check the tracking regularly for updates.
• Is your package delivered to a pickup point? Contact us so we can pick it up.
   

Own return label

• Always ask for a tracking code when you ship your return.
• Without a tracking code, we can’t help if your package doesn’t arrive.
• You won’t get your refund in that case.

Return with just a stamp (for example, with jewelry)

• This is at your own risk.
• If your package doesn’t arrive at our warehouse, we can’t issue a refund.
