I bought a return label from you but want to use my own label instead. What should I do?

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of payment for the return label (for example, a screenshot of your bank statement)

We will cancel the registered return and refund the return shipping costs you paid.

After that, you can create a new return and choose the option to use your own return label.
