After that, you can register the return again, correctly this time.

Have you already paid for the return label? Let us know, send us proof of payment (for example, a screenshot from your bank), and specify the correct products and quantities you want to return. Also, let us know which carrier you want to use. We’ll create the return for you and send the new label to your email address.
