I returned my order using my own carrier and no longer have the tracking code. My return still hasn’t been processed after more than 5 business days. What should I do?

Returns are at the customer's own risk.
It's best to wait and see if the package is delivered to us after all. As soon as your return is processed, you'll receive a refund.
