I want to include a friend’s order with my return. How does this work?

Register your own order in the return portal.

Add a note in the package for the other order with the following information:

  • Product codes
  • Reason for return
  • Order number
  • Your friend’s name

Does an order contain more than 2 products? Group the products by order so they stay together.

You can do this by, for example:

  • Taping the products together, or
  • Putting the products together in a bag

This helps ensure the products are sorted correctly.
