When will my package be shipped by Celtic WebMerchant?
The shipping time depends on the stock availability of the items:
Products in stock
These products are located in the main warehouse in Sliedrecht.
- Delivery time ‘Ordered on weekdays before 20:30’: The package is shipped the same business day.
- Order during the weekend: We only ship on business days. Orders from the weekend are processed on Monday.
There are two exceptions where shipping takes longer:
- Age verification: When purchasing a weapon, an ID check is mandatory. This applies if you have not previously purchased a weapon from us. The package will only be shipped after the verification is complete.
- Storage warehouse: A small number of products are stored in a storage warehouse. This stock is collected daily around 9:30. The order will be shipped the next business day if your order is placed after 9:30.
Products not in stock
For these products, the text reads: "Shipped in a few business days".
- These products are on their way from the supplier to our warehouse.
- It takes a few business days before we hand these products over to the carrier.
What can you do if you haven't received a shipping confirmation by 22:00?
- Check your email for a message about age verification.
- Check if you have received an order confirmation.
- Check your spam box (junk email) for the shipping confirmation.
