When will my package be shipped by Celtic WebMerchant?
The shipping time depends on the stock of the items:
Products in stock
These products are located in the main warehouse in Sliedrecht.
- Delivery time ‘Ordered on weekdays before 20:30’: The package is shipped the same working day.
- Order on the weekend: We only ship on weekdays. Orders from the weekend are processed on Monday.
There are two exceptions where shipping takes longer:
- Age verification: When purchasing a weapon, an ID check is required. This applies if you have not previously purchased a weapon from us. The package is only shipped after the verification is complete.
- Storage warehouse: A small number of products are in a storage warehouse. This stock is collected daily around 9:30. The order is shipped the next working day if your order arrives after 9:30.
Products not in stock
For these products, the text reads: "Shipped in a few working days".
- These products are on their way from the supplier to our warehouse.
- It takes a few working days before we hand these products over to the carrier.
What can you do if you haven't received a shipping confirmation by 22:00?
- Check your email for a message about age verification.
- Check if you have received an order confirmation.
- Check your spam box (junk email) for the shipping confirmation.
