How do I know if my order has been successfully received by you?
When you place an order with Celtic WebMerchant, you naturally want to be sure that everything has been received correctly. If the order is successfully completed and the payment is confirmed, we always immediately send an automatic order confirmation by email to the address you provided during checkout.
Additionally, you can always check the status of your order by logging into your personal account on our website.
Didn't receive a confirmation email?
If you haven't received an email within a few minutes, a few things could be happening:
Spam folder: Always check the spam or promotional folder in your mailbox first. Sometimes an automatic email ends up there.
Incorrect email address: It's possible that a typo was made in the email address during ordering. In that case, please contact us so we can check and adjust your details.
Payment error: Sometimes the payment is not fully completed. When you log into your account, you can see if the order is still marked as 'pending' and you can complete the payment.
No order in your account and no email?
If you don't see the order in your account, there's nothing in your mailbox, and you have used the correct email address, check your bank account to see if any money has been deducted. If no transaction has taken place, the order most likely did not succeed, and you can place it again.
If money has been deducted but you don't see an order, please contact our customer service so we can investigate this for you immediately.
