What do the different steps in live tracking mean?

After ordering, you will receive a link to a live tracking page via email. In the live tracking, you can see the status of your order. Below is an explanation of each step.

Confirmed

You have paid, and the order has been received by us.

If all products are in stock and you order on a business day before the cut-off time, we will ship it the same day.

Queued

All products are in stock. The order has been forwarded to the warehouse hand scanner.

  • Packing times: We pack from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Orders on weekends or late at night are not shipped the same day.
  • Storage warehouse: A small number of products are in our second warehouse. The stock is collected there once a day. If one product from your order is in the storage warehouse, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Order Collection

An employee collects the products and prepares them for packing.

  • Waiting time: It may take a few hours before the package is actually packed. We collect multiple orders at once to work faster.
  • Canceling: From the 'order collection' step, you can no longer cancel the order.


Shipped

One of our colleagues has packed the products. The package is ready for the delivery service.


When do the packages go to the delivery service?

The packages are handed over or delivered at fixed times. These are the times:

  • 3:00 PM: The packages for UPS are picked up.
  • 4:00 PM: The packages for GLS are picked up.
  • 9:30 PM: We deliver the packages for GLS, FedEx, PostNL, DHL, and DPD ourselves to a central point (transport hub).

There is usually a few hours between the moment your package gets the status 'shipped' and the first scan at the delivery service.

Backorder

Not everything in stock. Did one product in your order have the delivery time: Shipping in X business days? This means that products are not in our own warehouse. The products are on their way from the supplier to us in Sliedrecht. You will receive an email with additional information about this.


Blocked

Your order is not yet being prepared for shipment.

  • Check (ID check): Is this the first time you ordered a weapon? Then we will only ship the order after an ID check. This is mandatory. You will receive an email from us about this.

Address error: If the address is incorrect, the order will be blocked. We must resolve this manually first.
