Why doesn't the status of my order change in live tracking?
After ordering, you will receive a link to a live tracking page via email. In the live tracking, you can see the status of your order. It may happen that the status of your order remains the same for a longer period. This can have several reasons:

Status remains on ‘Backorder’:
- Delivery time: You have ordered products that are not in stock. The status will only change to 'In queue' once the products have arrived at our warehouse. On the live tracking page, you can find an estimated shipping date.
- Message: You will receive an email from us if products have a longer delivery time.

Status remains on ‘Blocked’
- ID check: We are verifying your identity because you have ordered a weapon.
- Address error: There is an error in the address you provided.
- Message: You will receive an email from us if an ID check is needed or an address error is found.

Status remains on 'In queue' (longer than 1 business day):
- Storage warehouse: One or more products from your order are in our second warehouse. We collect stock from there once a day. Your order will then be shipped the next business day.
- Note: Celtic WebMerchant is closed on weekends. Did you order over the weekend? Check the status again on the next business day.
- Did you choose delivery with UPS? They pick up until 3:00 PM at our warehouse. Did you order on a Friday after 3:00 PM and choose UPS? Your package will then be packed on the next business day.

Status remains on 'Order collection' (longer than 1 business day):
- System error: An error occurred during packing or printing the label at the delivery service. We usually resolve this within one business day. Check the status again the next business day.
- There is a stock discrepancy, we will send the rest of your order ahead.
What should I do if the status does not change?
If the status does not change, first check your email and the spam folder. We send messages there about checks or errors in your order. If there is no message, you do not need to do anything. We resolve technical errors ourselves within 1 business day.
Have you been waiting for more than 2 business days?
First, check the estimated shipping date in the live tracking. Is the estimated shipping date more than 2 business days ago? Then contact us. Make sure not to count weekend days, as Celtic WebMerchant is closed on weekends.
