Can I cancel my order if it is late?
Once a package has been handed over to the delivery service, we can no longer interrupt the transport process or remove the box from the sorting chain.
- Refuse at the door: The easiest way to 'cancel' at that moment is to refuse the package upon delivery at the door. Inform the courier that you do not accept the shipment. The package will then be returned to us directly. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- Do not pick up at pickup point: If the package has been brought to a pickup point, you can leave it there. After the storage period (usually 7 days), it will be automatically returned to us. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
- Return: Have you already accepted the package? Then you can of course return it to us within the viewing period according to the normal return procedure.
Important Points to Consider
- Shipping costs: If you cancel an order that has already been shipped (by refusing or returning it), the shipping costs for the outbound journey will not be reimbursed. Only the purchase amount of the product will be refunded.
- Investigation in case of loss: Has the tracking been inactive for a long time? Then we must first conduct an official investigation by the delivery service. Only when they officially declare the package as 'lost' can we proceed with cancellation and refund.
Do you have a deadline for an event and is your package delayed or has it been inactive in tracking for days? It is better to reorder the product. You can return the duplicate package when it is eventually delivered, and in the case of a postal investigation where the package is found to be lost, you will receive a refund.
