Can I provide delivery instructions (not at door, with neighbor, pickup point)?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide specific delivery instructions — such as "do not leave at the door" or "deliver to the neighbors" — directly during the ordering process on our website.
However, you can often still make changes after your order has been shipped:
- Via the delivery service: Once you have received the tracking code from the delivery service, you can often provide instructions in their app or on their website. Many carriers offer the option to give 'drop-off permission', choose a specific neighbor, or redirect the package directly to a pickup point.
- Contact the carrier: If the option is not visible in the tracking and you need to convey something urgent, we recommend contacting the customer service of the respective delivery service directly. They can often still instruct the driver in time.
In any case, make sure to keep a close eye on the tracking so you can act immediately once the package is known to the carrier.
