If a product is under warranty and we have determined that replacement is the appropriate solution, but the item in question is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund in that case.

Depending on the situation, the financial settlement at Celtic WebMerchant is as follows:

  • Refund of purchase amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the defective product.
  • Shipping costs: If your order consisted solely of this product, you will also be refunded the original shipping costs of the initial shipment.
  • Discount points: If you used discount points for the original purchase, these will be refunded to your account upon an approved claim.

If the product needs to be returned to us for the claim to be processed, you will receive a free return label from us.
