What happens if I don't send an ID?

When you have ordered a weapon but have not completed the required age verification, we apply a fixed period before the order is adjusted.

Below you can read what happens in that situation:

  • Period: If you have not sent a copy of your ID about a week after your order, the order will be canceled.
  • Refund: In that case, we will refund the purchase amount of the weapon to you.
  • Combined orders: Have you ordered other products besides weapons? Then we will refund the amount for the weapon and simply send the other products from your order to you.
