What should I do if my payment has been processed but my order has not been confirmed?
It can be frustrating if you're unsure about the status of your order. If your payment has been processed, in most cases there was a technical issue sending the email or a typo was made. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your Spam Folder
Automatic confirmations are often blocked by spam filters. Check your junk mail or spam folder.
Step 2: Check the email address you used
Did you place the order with a different email address than you usually use? Or was there possibly a typo in the address during checkout? This is a common reason why the confirmation doesn't arrive.
Step 3: Contact Customer Service
Can't find the confirmation anywhere? Then contact Celtic WebMerchant customer service. To help you as quickly as possible, please include the following:
- A screenshot or copy of your payment
- The relevant transaction details (such as a transaction ID from your bank or provider).
The Celtic WebMerchant team can then manually look up your order in the system and resend the confirmation to the correct address.
