Can I pay by invoice as a business?

At Celtic WebMerchant, it’s generally not possible to order on account, unless you’re a business customer in the cultural sector.

Exception for museums

Paying on account is only available for museums or government institutions that are already listed in the Celtic WebMerchant customer database.

How does this process work?

Are you part of this customer group? Then follow these steps:

1. Place your order through the webshop.
2. Contact customer service right after placing your order.
3. The Celtic WebMerchant team will then process your order on account.

If you’re a new business customer or ordering on behalf of another organization, you can use the regular payment methods at checkout, such as Klarna (pay later) or credit card.
