I keep receiving payment reminders, but I have already paid.
It’s possible you might receive a payment reminder even though you’ve already completed your payment. Usually, this happens because there’s a duplicate order in the Celtic WebMerchant system.
How can you check the status of your payment?
Before reaching out, you can check the following yourself:
- Bank statement: Check if the amount has actually been deducted from your account.
- Email: See if you’ve received an official payment confirmation from Celtic WebMerchant for the order in question.
- Account: Check the status of your order in your personal account on the website.
What causes the extra reminders?
Most likely, your order was entered twice: once as a correct, paid order and once as a “draft” (incomplete) order. The reminders you’re receiving are for the draft order.
How can you fix this?
Contact the Celtic WebMerchant customer service team. They can cancel the duplicate (draft) order for you, so the automatic reminders will stop.
