When Will You Receive a Refund?

It may happen that Celtic WebMerchant needs to refund part of your order or the full amount. In the following situations, you will always receive a confirmation email:

  • Stock discrepancy: The product turned out to be out of stock when packing your order.
  • Website error: A technical issue occurred that prevented your order from being processed correctly.
  • Cancellation: If an order is canceled at your request or for another reason (such as missing age verification).
  • Return: You returned a product.

How do you know how much you’ll get back?

The email from Celtic WebMerchant will specify exactly:

  • Which product it concerns.
  • The amount that will be refunded to you.
