Will I receive a confirmation once my payment has been successfully processed?
Yes! As soon as your payment has been successfully received by the Celtic WebMerchant system, you’ll be notified right away. So you don’t have to worry about whether your transaction went through.
Which emails will you receive?
Right after a successful payment, you’ll get two important messages in your inbox:
- The Order Confirmation: This email includes all the details of your order, such as the items you purchased, the delivery address you chose, and your payment method.
- The Payment Confirmation: This is the official proof that your transaction is complete and your order is being processed.
What if you don’t receive an email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder (junk mail) just in case. Sometimes automatic confirmations end up there. If you still can’t find the email and the payment has been deducted from your account, please contact Celtic WebMerchant customer service.
