How does this work in practice?

You can arrange this in various ways during the ordering process at Celtic WebMerchant:

• Payment by another person: You can place the order yourself with your own shipping address, but use someone else's payment details (such as the credit card or bank account) at checkout.
• Order as a gift: The person who pays can place the order and enter your address as the shipping address. In that case, the invoice will be in the name of the payer.
• Business payment: Is the order being paid for by a business? You can enter your company's billing details at checkout, even if the package is being sent to a different (private) address.

Important considerations

Keep the following rules in mind with these options:

• Name on the invoice: The official VAT invoice will always be issued in the name of the specified billing address.
• Permission: Always ensure that the payer has explicitly given permission for the use of their payment details.
