How much time do I have to pay if my payment doesn’t go through immediately?

If your payment isn't successful right away, there's no need to worry about a strict deadline. Your order will be saved as a draft in the Celtic WebMerchant system.

No expiration date

There is no expiration date for an unpaid order in your account. This means:

• You can complete the payment whenever it suits you.
• The order will remain in your order history until it is paid or you cancel it.

Important note: Stock

While the order itself doesn't expire, it's important to remember that products are only reserved for you after payment is completed.

If you wait too long to pay, there's a chance that a product may sell out in the meantime because another customer completed their purchase right away. Celtic WebMerchant therefore recommends completing your payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
