What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, you'll get an immediate notification during checkout and your order won't be placed. You can then try to pay again.

Common reasons for declined payments:

  • Not enough funds in your account or on your credit card
  • Your bank doesn't support a certain currency
  • Incorrect payment details entered (wrong card number, CVV code, or expiration date)
  • Your bank or credit card company is blocking the transaction for security reasons
  • You've reached your card's payment limit
  • Your card has expired or is blocked
  • Check if 3D Secure (3DS) has been approved. For credit cards, 3DS is required for extra security.

What can you do?

  1. Make sure your payment details are entered correctly
  2. Ensure you have enough funds
  3. Try a different payment method
  4. Contact your bank if the payment is unexpectedly declined

 

Do you need one or more days to resolve this with your bank? 
You'll receive an email if an order hasn't been paid yet. Once the issue is resolved, you can still pay using the link in the email.
