How do I change my payment method after placing an order?

Has your payment failed, or do you want to pay in a different way? You can change the payment method for an outstanding order at Celtic WebMerchant in various ways.

Change the payment method yourself via your account

You can easily arrange this yourself in your personal environment:

  1. Log in to your customer account on the Celtic WebMerchant website.
  2. Go to your order overview and find the unpaid order.
  3. Here you can change the payment method and complete the payment.

Use the automatic email

When a payment does not succeed immediately, Celtic WebMerchant automatically sends a message:

  • Check your inbox for an email about the failed payment.
  • Click on the link in the email to go directly to the payment page.
  • Here you can choose a desired payment method again.

Did not receive an email?

If you have not received an email after 15 minutes and it is not working via your account, please contact customer service. A Celtic WebMerchant employee can manually send you a new payment link to complete the payment securely.
