Where can I find my VAT invoice?

Looking for the official invoice for your order for your records or accounting?

At Celtic WebMerchant, we make it easy for you to view and download your invoices anytime you need. You don’t have to wait for an email; your official documents are safely stored with your order details.

Option 1: Through your personal account

1. Log in: Go to the Celtic WebMerchant website and log in to your personal account.
2. Orders: In the menu, go to your order history and click on the relevant order.
3. Download: Under the 'VAT invoices' section, you can download the official invoice directly as a PDF file.

Option 2: Through the confirmation email

Don’t have an account or want to quickly access your order?

1. Open the confirmation email you received from us after your purchase.
2. Click the ‘View your order’ button.
3. You’ll be taken to your order status page. Here too, under the 'VAT invoices' section, you’ll find the link to download your invoice directly.

Important information on the VAT invoice Our invoices meet all legal requirements and include, among other things:

• The unique invoice number and invoice date.
• A clear breakdown of the VAT amount and the applicable VAT rate (e.g., 21% or 9%).
• The company details of Celtic WebMerchant, including our VAT identification number.
