Can I receive a VAT invoice in my company’s name?
At Celtic WebMerchant, placing a business order is no problem at all. The process is fully automated based on the information you provide during checkout.
How do you make sure the correct company name appears on your invoice?
- During checkout: Enter your company’s full and correct name in the 'Billing address' section.
- Automatic generation: As soon as your order is completed, our system immediately generates an official VAT invoice with your company name on it.
- Download: You can download your invoice anytime from your personal account. Just go to your order overview, click on the relevant order, and look under 'VAT invoices'.
Important for business customers: Please double-check your details before finalizing your order. Since our invoicing is automated, any changes to the company name on an already generated invoice may require manual processing.
Intra-community supply (Within the EU) Are you placing a business order from another EU country besides the Netherlands? Don’t forget to enter your VAT identification number in the designated field during checkout. Our system will verify the number’s validity so the VAT can be correctly shifted.
