Can I get an invoice for my order?

You can download your VAT invoice in two ways. The invoice is ready immediately after your order.

Option 1: Via your personal account

• Log in to the Celtic WebMerchant website.
• Go to your order history in the menu.
• Click on the order you are looking for.
• Download the invoice under the heading 'VAT invoices' as a PDF file.

Option 2: Via the confirmation email

• Open the email with the confirmation of your purchase.
• Click on the button 'View your order'.
• You will now be on the status page of your order.
• Download the invoice under the heading 'VAT invoices'.

What is on the VAT invoice?

The invoice contains all the legal information for your administration:

• The invoice number and date.
• An overview of the VAT amount and the VAT percentage (for example, 21% or 9%).
• The company details and the VAT identification number of Celtic WebMerchant.

Save or print

• On a computer: You can save or print the invoice as a PDF file.
• On a phone: Use the 'share' icon to save or send the invoice.

You can return to this page at any time via the link in your email to download the VAT invoice again for your administration.
