Can I get an invoice for my order?

You can download your VAT invoice in two ways. The invoice is available right after you place your order.

Option 1: Through your personal account

• Log in to the Celtic WebMerchant website.
• Go to your order history in the menu.
• Click on the order you're looking for.
• Download the invoice under the 'VAT invoices' section as a PDF file.

Option 2: Through the confirmation email

• Open the email confirming your purchase.
• Click the 'View your order' button.
• You'll be taken to your order status page.
• Download the invoice under the 'VAT invoices' section.

What information is on the VAT invoice?

The invoice includes all legally required information for your records:

• The invoice number and date.
• A breakdown of the VAT amount and VAT rate (for example, 21% or 9%).
• The company details and VAT identification number of Celtic WebMerchant.

Saving or printing

• On a computer: You can save or print the invoice as a PDF file.
• On a phone: Use the 'share' icon to save or send the invoice.

You can always use the link in your email to return to this page and download the VAT invoice again for your records.
