Can I receive a credit invoice?

You can't download a credit invoice yourself in your account.

When a product is refunded, here's what happens:

• You’ll receive an email from Celtic WebMerchant.
• This email will tell you which product was canceled.
• This email will also state the amount that was refunded to you.
