Can I receive a credit invoice?

You cannot download a credit invoice yourself in your account.

When a product is refunded, the following happens:

• You will receive an email from Celtic WebMerchant.
• This email will state which product has been canceled.
• This email will state the amount that has been refunded to you.

VAT credit for businesses
If you need an official VAT invoice for the credit for a company's administration, please contact our customer service. We can manually create this invoice for you.
