Can I download a proof of payment/receipt if I have lost it?

Yes. You can always re-download your VAT invoice and the payment receipt via the order confirmation page.

Follow these steps to download the receipt:

  • Find the email with the order confirmation you received after your purchase.
  • Click on the link to your order confirmation page in the email.
  • Look for the 'VAT invoice' section on that page.
  • Download the invoice as a PDF file.

This invoice contains all payment details and VAT information. You can use this document for tax purposes or warranty. You can re-download the invoice at any time via the link in your email.
