Are all products available for pickup?

Whether you can pick up your order at a pickup point usually depends on the dimensions or weight of the product.

Which products can (usually) not be sent to a pickup point?

  • Extremely large items: Many pickup points (such as small shops or supermarkets) have limited storage space. Products longer than 1.5 meters, such as some spears, long halberds, or large two-handed swords, are often refused by the delivery service for delivery to a parcel shop. These usually need to be delivered directly to a home or business address.
  • Heavy pallet shipments: Items transported on a pallet, such as complete tents or very heavy batches of armor, cannot be sent to a regular pickup point. These locations simply do not have the equipment (such as a forklift) to accept pallets.
  • Parcel lockers: If you choose an unmanned locker, the space is even more limited. A sword or a large shield often won't fit, causing the courier to bring the package to a manned pickup point nearby instead.

How do you know if pickup is possible?

On the carrier's tracking link, or in the app, you can select a pickup point once your package is on its way. If the package is too large or heavy, you cannot select a pickup point.

Keep in mind that you also need to get the products from the pickup point to your home. For heavy items, it might be more convenient to have them delivered directly to your home.
