Yes, that is possible, but you will need to pay the shipping costs again.
When a package is not picked up at a pickup point within the storage period (usually 7 days), the delivery service automatically returns it to our warehouse. Since the first shipping attempt was fully executed and we then incur costs for a new shipment, we cannot offer this again free of charge.
How does the process work?
- Return processing: As soon as the package arrives back at Celtic WebMerchant, we check the contents.
- Contact: We will contact you (or you with us) to confirm that the package has been received back.
- Payment link: You will receive a request from us to pay the shipping costs for the second shipment.
- New shipment: Once the payment is received, we will create a new shipping label and you will receive a new tracking code to track your product again.
Why do I have to pay again?
Although we are happy to help you, there are additional costs for a return shipment due to "not picked up" that we have no control over:
- Lost shipping costs: The costs for the first shipment have already been spent on the delivery service.
- Return costs: Many delivery services charge us extra costs for returning an uncollected package.
- New shipping label: For the second attempt, we simply have to purchase a service from the carrier again.
Avoid a second return shipment
To ensure it goes well the second time, we recommend the following:
- Check your address: Is the delivery address 100% correct?
- Choose a different time: Will you be available to receive or pick up the package in the coming week?
- Keep an eye on the tracking: Make sure to keep a close eye on the new email with the tracking link (also check your spam) so you know exactly when it is ready for pickup.
Note: If you decide to cancel the order after the return shipment instead of having it resent, the incurred shipping costs and any return costs from the delivery service will be deducted from your refund.
