Is there any indication on the outside of the package about what's inside?
No, in principle, the outside of the box does not indicate which specific product you have ordered. We ship our orders in neutral, brown cardboard boxes or envelopes without images or large logos of the contents.
However, there are three important things to keep in mind:
- The sender: The shipping label lists our name, Celtic WebMerchant, as the sender.
- Age verification label: when you have ordered a weapon, we add an extra label to the box, requesting the carrier to verify the recipient's age.
- International shipments (outside the EU): For shipments leaving the European Union, we are legally required to attach a customs invoice (CN22/CN23 form) to the outside of the package. This must include a brief description of the contents and the value of the goods. This is necessary for customs inspection in the destination country.
Within the EU, the packaging is discreet, and no one can see from the outside whether there is a medieval helmet, a piece of clothing, or a collectible item in the box.
