How are the products from Celtic WebMerchant packaged?

The safety of your order is our top priority. We ensure that each product is packed with care so that it survives the journey to your doorstep in perfect condition. At the same time, we try to keep the packaging as compact as possible to prevent unnecessary waste.

Below you can read how we package different types of items:

Small objects and jewelry

For small, lightweight items such as jewelry and other small accessories, we use sturdy bubble envelopes. These provide sufficient protection against impacts without the need for additional filling material, often allowing the package to fit through the mailbox.

Clothing

Clothing items are not breakable and are therefore shipped in a durable plastic garment bag. This saves space in the delivery van and prevents us from sending unnecessary air or filling material.

Larger objects and weapon reproductions

For larger items, we choose packaging that best fits them.

• Sturdiness: We use sturdy cardboard boxes and add sufficient filling material. This prevents the product from shifting during transport, significantly reducing the risk of damage.
• Customization: Whether it's a helmet, a shield, or a sword, everything is packed so that it lies stable and secure in the box.

Fragile products

Products that are extra vulnerable receive special treatment:

• Extra protection: These items are surrounded with a generous amount of extra filling material to absorb shocks.

Warning for the delivery person: The outside of the box is provided with clear fragile stickers (Fragile), so the delivery service knows to handle your package with extra care.
