Are items packaged separately if I order multiple products?
In principle, products are always packaged together in one box as much as possible. This is not only more sustainable but also ensures that you receive the entire order at once.
However, there are situations where we are forced to ship items separately:
- Weight and size: If the total weight of the products becomes too high for a single box, or if the dimensions simply do not fit, we split the shipment into multiple packages. This prevents a box from tearing open during transit.
- Irregular sizes: Some products are difficult to combine. For example, a helmet and a sword have such different shapes that they are difficult to fit safely in one box without damaging each other. In that case, we opt for separate packaging to ensure the safety of each product.
- Maximum dimensions of the carrier: Delivery services have limits for the size of a package. If a combined box exceeds these limits, we must ship the items separately.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will see this in your account and receive a separate tracking code for each package. This way, you know exactly what to expect in each box.
