Which products are shipped separately?

Some items from our assortment cannot be packed together with other products in one box due to their size, weight, or shape. These items are therefore shipped separately (individually).

This often concerns very heavy or large objects that do not fit in a standard box with other products. Examples include:

• Long weapons: Spears, lances, and swords or LARP weapons longer than 140 cm.
• Protection: Cuirasses, large shields, and chainmail.
• Camp and interior: Tents, chairs, fire bowls, and grills.

What does this mean for delivery? 

When an item is shipped separately, it is registered as a separate package with the delivery service. This has several practical implications:

• Multiple packages: In that case, your order will be split into two or more parcels. It may happen that the delivery service delivers one part of your order earlier than the other, even though they left us at the same time.
• Multiple tracking codes: You will receive a separate tracking link for each package. This way, you can see exactly where each part of your order is located.
• Shipping to a pickup point: As mentioned earlier, these extra-large or heavy objects often cannot be delivered to a pickup point. If your order contains a large item shipped separately, the option for a pickup point will often not be available at checkout.

If you place an order with both small accessories and one of the above large items, we will ensure that everything is packed as efficiently and safely as possible, even if it means it arrives in multiple parts.
