What if I can't provide photos when reporting damage?
If you are unable to provide photos when reporting damage, this will have direct consequences for the processing of your claim with Celtic WebMerchant. Photos are an essential part of our process.
If the evidence is missing or insufficient, the following will occur:
- No recognition of the claim: Without clear photos of both the outer packaging and the product itself, we cannot determine whether the damage occurred during transport or if it is a manufacturing defect.
- The claim will not be processed: We cannot acknowledge a report if there is insufficient evidence.
Our advice: Always try to find a way to document the situation. The decision on a claim (such as a new shipment or refund) is always based on photos of the unchanged situation. Without this evidence, we cannot determine the original condition, which affects your right to an official damage claim.
