Can I receive a free product instead of a refund?

In some cases, Celtic WebMerchant offers a discount on the ordered product when it has easily repairable production damage (such as rust or glue residues). This amount will be refunded via the originally used payment method.

It is not possible to receive a free product of the same value as the discount instead of this discount.
