What to do in case of damage?

Did your package arrive damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible.

What we need from you:

  • Photos of the box: Take clear photos of the exterior, especially if there is visible damage to the packaging.
  • Photos of the contents: Take photos of the specific damage to the product itself. The photos should clearly show the damage.
  • The order number: This allows us to quickly access your information.
  • The product code or name of the product: so we know which product it concerns.
  • Quantities: how many are damaged? Send photos of all damages.

Only damage to the packaging? 
If only the box or packaging is damaged, but the products themselves are completely intact and undamaged, you don't need to do anything. The packaging is there to protect your order during transport.

What if I have already thrown away the shipping packaging? 

It is always best to keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the order, but we understand that this sometimes goes wrong.

If you have already thrown away the packaging, please consider the following:

  • In case of damage: To file a damage claim, we need photos of the box to assess what happened during transport. Without these photos, it is very difficult for us to claim the damage from the delivery service.
