Which damages are most often rejected (examples)?

There are specific cases where a damage claim is not accepted because it concerns the properties of the material or the price range of the product.

The following examples of damage or deviations are most often rejected:

  • Light rust on steel: This is not considered damage. You can easily remove this yourself by sanding the rust spot with black sandpaper, possibly in combination with Ballistol spray.
  • Minor visual deviations: Cases where the product looks slightly different than in the photo or where the lighting is different.
  • Finish and light scratches: When the finish is disappointing or the product has light scratches or a less smooth finish.

What to do if dissatisfied? Because many products are handmade, small differences may occur. If you are not satisfied with this, these matters fall under the regular return procedure and not under a damage claim.
