What are examples of damages that qualify for (partial) refund or replacement?

At Celtic WebMerchant, we sell many handmade and steel items that can sustain specific types of damage during transport. Below are examples of damage that may occur:

  • Breakage or bending: A product may arrive with broken parts or be severely bent due to pressure during transport.
  • Incorrect delivery: Instead of the ordered item, a completely different product is delivered that does not resemble the photo. This involves larger differences than, for example, a slight color variation.
  • Damaged parts: Specific parts of an item may have become detached or defective before they reached you.
