Wanneer heeft het geen zin om een garantieclaim in te dienen?

It is not useful to file a warranty claim with us in the following situations, as these are not covered:

• Misuse: Damage resulting from using the product for purposes other than intended is not covered. For example: using a cheap sword under 150 euros for intensive HEMA fighting.
• Normal wear and tear: Signs of use that are typical for the nature of the product and the intensity of use are not covered by the warranty.
• Inadequate maintenance: You are responsible for the proper maintenance of your products. Damage from rust is not covered by the warranty, as it is caused by external factors or insufficient maintenance. For example, drying out of leather is also not covered by the warranty.
• Personal modifications or repairs: Your right to warranty is completely void if you make changes or perform repairs without our written consent.
• Despite the damage or non-conformity you noticed, you continued to use the product. This indicates that you have accepted the product in its current condition.
