How can you complete the payment?

The process is as follows:

  • You will automatically receive an email from Celtic WebMerchant within 5 minutes.
  • This email contains a link to securely retry the payment.
  • Once you have completed the payment via the link, your order is final.


What emails about your payment can you expect from Celtic WebMerchant?

When you place an order, Celtic WebMerchant sends various emails to keep you informed about the status of your payment. You may receive the following messages:

  • Payment Reminder: You receive this email if the order has not yet been paid. The message contains a link to securely complete the payment.
  • Payment Cannot Be Processed: This email is sent if there was a technical issue during the payment process. You can make a new attempt to pay via the link in this email.
  • Payment Confirmation: This is the confirmation you receive once the payment has been successfully completed. This also serves as your proof that the order is being processed.
