The information on my invoice is incorrect. How can I fix this?

It's not possible to change the information on an invoice in our system after it's been issued. This is because the invoice is generated automatically using the details you provided when placing your order.

You can do the following to update the information:

  • Use a program to edit PDF files. This allows you to change the text on the document yourself.
  • For your next order, make sure to enter the correct name and address.
