What should I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

Wait a few minutes. Sometimes it takes a little while for the system to send the email. Still haven’t received an email after a few minutes? Follow these steps:

  • Check your spam folder: Sometimes the email accidentally ends up in your spam or junk folder.
  • Check your email address: Make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. A typo can prevent the email from arriving.
  • Check your account: If you have an account, you can log in to see if your order went through.
