• Always request a tracking code when shipping.
• Without a tracking code, we cannot assist you if the package does not arrive.
• You will not receive the return amount back.

Return with only a stamp (for example, with jewelry)

• This is at your own risk.
• If the package does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot refund the amount.
