To which address can I return my order?

If you have chosen in our return portal to return your package yourself (without purchasing a shipping label from us) and you live within the European Union (EU), you can send the package at your own expense via a delivery service of your choice.

Important when returning:

• Return period: Ensure that you return the items to us within our period of 30 days after receipt.

• Packaging: Carefully pack the products, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.

• Proof of shipment: Always ask the delivery service for proof of shipment with a tracking code and keep it safe. As long as the package is still on its way to us, you are responsible for the shipment.

• Exception for business orders: Please note that business orders (such as for companies, foundations, associations, or museums) are excluded from the right of return.

• Exception for orders outside the EU: for orders from outside the EU, the right of return does not apply.
