I accidentally registered the wrong product or clicked the wrong quantity, what should I do?

You cannot cancel a registered return yourself.

We will remove the incorrectly registered return.

After that, you can register the return again correctly.

Have you already paid for the return label? Let us know, send proof of payment (e.g., screenshot from your bank), and specify the correct products and quantities you wish to return, also indicate which carrier you want to use. We will create the return for you and send the new label to your email address.
