How can I speed up the return process?

You can expedite your return by following these steps:

• Register your return via the return portal and fill in all the details.
  If you do not fill in everything, we cannot process your return. You will not receive a refund.

   

• Place the product in the original product packaging.
  Without this packaging, we have to determine which product it is. This delays processing.
   
• Send the return in a good, sturdy shipping package.
   
• Using your own carrier? Still register your return via the return portal.
  This way, we have all the information to process your return.
   

Returning products from multiple orders, or an order from someone else?
Always register one return via the return portal. Then include a note in the box with the other order numbers and product codes.
