How can I speed up the return process?

You can have your return processed faster by following these steps:

• Register your return through the returns portal and fill in all the required information.
  If you leave anything out, we won’t be able to process your return and you won’t receive a refund.

   

• Put the product in its original packaging.
  Without the original packaging, we’ll have to figure out which product it is, which will delay processing.
   
• Ship your return in a sturdy, secure shipping box.
   
• Using your own carrier? Make sure to also register your return through the returns portal.
  That way, we have all the information we need to process your return.
   

Are you returning products from multiple orders, or returning an order for someone else?
Always register one return through the returns portal. Then, include a note in the box with the other order numbers and product codes.
