What is meant by an unused product?

A product is considered unused if it’s in exactly the same condition as when you received it.

The product must be:

• Clean
• Undamaged
• Not worn (trying it on is allowed)
• In the original, undamaged packaging
• With all tags still attached
   

You may unpack the product and briefly try it on to decide if you want to keep it.

If the product shows signs of use from trying it on,
we do not consider it unused.

Examples of signs of use:

• Strong smell of smoke
• Deodorant scent
• Stains
   

If this is the case, we’ll contact you to return the product to you.
You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs.
